Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a worldwide cooperative agreement among public, private, and academic libraries that affords library users the means to borrow materials not available locally. This service is offered to current Northwest Iowa Community College (NCC) students, faculty, staff, and board members. Textbooks currently used for classes at NCC will not be requested through ILL.
