Reference with an individual author

Formatting Rules

  • Use a hanging indent - the first line of each refence entry should be flush to the left side, all lines after the first line should be indented ½ inch from the left margin
  • Double space all reference entries
  • Use Include a retrieval date ONLY when the content is designed to change over time
  • When the author and the site name are the same, remove the site name from the reference
  • There is no period after a DOI or URL
  • If you listed a source on your "References" page, you MUST have cited that source in your paper
